OmGym is a light-weight, portable sling that would be a wonderful birth sling to have hanging at your homebirth. The OmGym will innovate any home exercise, yoga, pilates, or stretching practice. It can also be used as a hammock. During labor or birth, the slings would be great to hang on, dangle from, and have the handles to support yourself in squatting and other positions. Slings and hammocks have been used in birth by women around the world for thousands of years. The use of a birth sling in the dangle position during labor can aid the birth of an acynclitic or posterior baby, and is recommended by childbirth experts.
